Date to Visit Facility: Please email Lydia.Brewer@tn.gov SPECIAL NOTES: Sales are from July 01, 2021, to July 31,2022 Cheatham & Dickson are direct delivery to the inmate facility, not a drop ship. Humphreys is a drop ship with the following stipulations: The current manager provides 60 free indigents kits the first of each month. The current permit lists 35; the additional indigent kits are provided as part of the drop shipment agreement. Commissary Order schedule for Dickson County: Thursday-Sunday weekly spending limit $80. Humphreys schedule Friday-Sunday with weekly spending limit of $110. Cheatham order schedule: Friday - Monday $80 order limit with multiple orders up to $200 per week. The new manager will be expected to take over October 21, 2022. Manager and all employees must pass a criminal background check. Manager and employees must abide by all security and training requirements of the facility. An offsite warehouse will be required to process orders. This warehouse may be inspected at any time. All orders must be packed in clear sealed plastic bags. A vehicle will be required to deliver orders. This facility utilizes TBE software and has inmate ordering kiosks, lobby kiosks, and booking kiosks. TBE manager maintains the inmate trust account and will be required to have a separate bank account for each trust fund. Manager must abide by trust fund procedures as set forth by the Comptroller including a Surety Bond to cover the trust fund(s). Manager will be required to provide trust fund bank account information for monthly audits. The law states county can take all funds from inmates’ accounts to cover court costs, etc. Manager will be required to provide indigent and intake kits as set forth in the permit(s). A copy of the permit(s) and comptroller trust fund procedures will be provided to you at the visit.
